5 Year Warranty Program

Your fence represents a significant investment in your home. As one of Raleigh's leading fence companies, we have gone beyond the industry-standard 1 year warranty, as follows:

• Workmanship: Carolina Custom Fences will correct any errors in workmanship, if notified within five years of installation.
• Gate Warranty: Carolina Custom Fences will adjust your gates during the five year warranty period, providing there is no evidence of abuse.
• Manufacturers' Warranties: Carolina Custom Fences will administer all manufacturers' warranties for the materials used in our fence installations.

Wood fence materials will change appearance, dimension and shape due to the process of aging and exposure to the elements. Wood fence materials are subject to warping and cracking. These items are caused by natural aging of the material and are specifically excluded from this warranty. Also excluded are vandalism, climbing, vehicular damage, swinging on gates, normal wear and tear, and acts of God. The best way to protect your wood fence from graying, warping, and splitting is by applying a quality water sealer and UV protection.

Warranties vary from company to company. Be sure you understand the warranty from your fencing company before signing a contract. Warranties vary in length of time as well as what is covered. While looking over warranties from different companies, direct your questions to a fence professional from the company offering the warranty. They can best answer your questions requarding their specific warranty.
